At Natural Foundation Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer to minimize environmental impact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
